K. Fredric Willis

K. Fredric Willis rejoined Graves & King in 2024 and is a Senior Associate in the Riverside office. Mr. Willis’ practice includes public entity liability, involving local municipalities, counties, and school districts. He has also practiced for several years in long-term healthcare defense practice.

Mr. Willis graduated from Pomona College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics in 1997. After obtaining a single-subject teaching credential in History from Claremont Graduate University’s Teacher’s Program, he began his career teaching middle school in Fontana, CA. During this time, he attended and graduated from University of La Verne, College of Law (Dean’s List). Mr. Willis was invited to participate in the Frederick Douglas Moot Court Traveling Team. He also received writing and speaking awards during the College of Law’s moot court competitions.

Mr. Willis is a member in good standing of the California State Bar and was admitted to the bar in 2008. He is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association and was a member of the Leo A. Deegan Inn of Court. He is also a member of the Richard T. Fields Bar Association.

Mr. Willis enjoys spending time with his wife and remaining engaged with youth mentoring, community engagement, and ministry. He is a fan of comics media, including books and movies.
