Nicole Morgan graduated from the University of California Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She attended Chapman University School of Law and received her Juris Doctor degree in May 2006. After passing the California Bar on her first attempt, Ms. Morgan began working as Corporate Counsel with the in-house legal department team at El Pollo Loco, Inc. As Corporate Counsel, Nicole managed the corporate governance matters for five separate corporate entities; handled all securities and stock issues; and acted as lead on multiple million dollar real estate and franchise transactions. She began working at Graves & King in February 2009. When she has free time, Ms. Morgan reads, watches movies, and relaxes at home.
