Dennis Mahoney was graduated from Claremont McKenna College and subsequently earned his law degree at the University of La Verne College of Law. He has been admitted to practice not only before the courts of California, but also the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed forces, and all four federal district courts in California.
Mr. Mahoney has briefed and argued cases in the Ninth Circuit and in the Second and Fourth District Courts of Appeal, including cases dealing with employment discrimination, civil rights, public entity liability, and property disputes. He has also taught subjects ranging from constitutional law to legal research and writing to undergraduates, aspiring paralegals, and law school students.
